Paperama offers bright galvanized flat stitching wire and copper coated stitching wire. The galvanized stitching wire can be also supplied with round, triangle or trapezoid type.

GALVANIZED FLAT STITCHING WIRE with Copper Plating:

  • Wire Width:2.15mm—1.1mm Wire
  • Thickness:1.5MM—0.3MM
  • Nails Coil Weight:2.5kg
  • Use: For packing of cartons.
    Note: Copper coated and electro galvanized flat wire can be made flat, triangle or trapezoid type.

Galvanized Flat Stitching Wire without Copper Coating:

  • Material: high quality low carbon steel wire
  • Surface treatment: galvanized or copper coated
  • Wire diameter: 0.1mm-5.0mm
  • Wire Length per coil: 20m-500m
  • Weight per coil:0.5kg-100kg or as your requirement
  • Packing: plastic reel ,plastic bag ,carton box or as your requirement
  • Loading quantity in 20’container:20-25tons

Galvanized Wire Material for Processing of Stitching Wire:

We can supply electro galvanized iron wire processed with low/hign carbon steel wire, through drawing and electric galvanizing, for processing of stitching wire.
